Job Description:
Maxim is seeking several Entry-Level Process Engineers to provide support to Manufacturing Operations by optimizing existing manufacturing processes and developing novel manufacturing processes. Manufacturing processes include analog/mixed-signal device processing, wafer level packaging and die assembly.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Problem solving based on application of parameter test data
Leadership of teams of engineers focused on resolving acute or chronic problems
Transfer of new technologies from R&D or other facilities
Monitoring statistical process control (SPC) metrics of electrical parameters and leading resolution of parameters not meeting goal
Owning and responding to yield metrics for process technologies
Writing and maintaining electrical specifications for process flows
Training and mentoring engineering technicians

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
