Product Owner

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Beaverton, Oregon (OR).Essential Functions:
Partnering with business teams to identify, define, and document requirements to support project and business objectives
Conducts and/or participates in the analysis of client business processes and functional requirements
Perform data and process analysis to understand key source systems and using knowledge of application features and functions to assess scope and impact of business needs
Collaborates with users, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
Acts as client proxy during development and testing
Identifies and documents workflow, process diagrams, information resources, and system specifications
Participates in the analysis and definition of efficient, cost effective solutions that support business processes and functional requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience; one of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 years; Masters + 4 years; Associates degree + 6 years; High School diploma or equivalent + 7 years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant areas
5+ years of professional experience in e-Commerce/website development/web production
2 years of additional relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree
Experience with front-end web technologies for e-Commerce: Product Catalogs, Search/Product Index, Personalization, Content Delivery, and Content Rendering
Experience with global e-Commerce business processes: Product Attribution, Product Merchandising, Story Telling, Copywriting/Localization, Asset Management, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and A/B Testing
Experience with the latest web technologies: Social Media and Sharing, Mobile Web, Mobile Apps, Location-based Services, and Frictionless Commerce
Experience leading cross-functional teams of analysts
Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment
Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
A consultancy approach to your work and ability to work independently and multi-task
Passion for being the liaison between the business units and technology teams
A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and a passion for business intelligence and data analysis
Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
