As a Women?s Expert, you will provide a premium consumer service support experience by monitoring and responding to inbound service related messages in this company?s Women community via live chat, phone, and email. Categories and functions supported include Women?s Training, Women?s Sportswear, Women?s Running apparel, and others. You'll maintain the category voice and adhere to established department policy and procedures while working to create win-win resolutions for this company and its consumers utilizing your own passion with fitness to relate to the consumer experience.?You'll proactively search the web and resources identifying opportunities to assist our consumers to ensure a positive experience.?You?ll work with the management, brand, and product teams to provide insights gained from our conversations with the consumer, offering feedback related to key contact drivers, hot topics, products, athletes, website information, issues and trends. Seeking ways to improve efficiency and create a seamless experience for consumers engaged with the Brand while working with new systems and tools will be a part of your daily work. Effective written and verbal communication skills will be essential when servicing the consumer. Your primary area of focus will be the Women?s Training, Sportswear, and Running apparel products, but you?ll also maintain an up-to-date understanding of the entire product line, marketing initiatives, software services, web properties and events. In addition, you'll utilize systems and other support tools to ensure accurate responses to consumer inquiries and to capitalize on potential sales opportunities.

Requirements for the position include:
College degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in communications or marketing. Educational requirement may be substituted with equivalent industry-related business experience
Experience and superior knowledge in customer service and retail experience
1 year experience in a marketing research or customer contact position (i.e. customer service, retail or sales)
Athletic experience at the collegiate level or higher preferred
Expert industry and product knowledge
Engaged and connected in the category community
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with specific experience interacting with bloggers and other social media influencers
Strong computer skills, including experience navigating the internet and using PC and Windows-based software (Microsoft Office)
Ability to read, speak and understand English
Strong understanding of communication styles and ability to relate to the consumer
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and/or in a diverse team environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong team and customer service orientation
Online research skills with the ability to follow and track data relevant to the brand and consumer
Experience gathering information from various resources (i.e., computer, catalogs, customer files and correspondence)
Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time
Ability to manipulate computer tools, communication devices and catalog pages
Ability to work weekends/holidays with flexible hours

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
