This job is being posted for Portland, OR candidates. Candidates will also be considered in the following locations: Denver, CO; St. Paul, MN; Livermore, CA; Everett or Fife, WA. Summary: Responsible for leading the West Division IS Macro virtual team that manages the daily operations of the CSG Billing System. The team is responsible for creating and implementing automated processes, tools and macros in the CSG billing system and is part of the West Division IS Macro team. Supervisor manages the workload and supports the team, as needed, ensuring consistent customer service adherence to national and division standards to prevent adverse impacts to customers and revenue. Maintains support of business objectives. Responsible for staff coaching, training and development planning. Leads the group with new product launches and larger scale project implementations. Assists in the development, testing, implementation, and support of new functionality/processes/tools/technologies and Billing System software releases. Designs, develops, maintains, and utilizes external databases for requests that cannot be accomplished through the billing system. Assists with short and long range planning, including the development of employees. Builds strong relationships with staff and cross-functional partners. Primary Responsibilities: - Requires knowledge of Database Technologies (Oracle/SQL Server), familiarity with varies programming languages (C#, VB) and working within the Integrated Development Environment of Visual Studio (SSIS, SSRS,, etc.) - Applies extensive knowledge of billing systems database to ensure CSG application software upgrade/support and efficiency through automation within the billing system. - Lead a virtual team and maintain support of business objectives - Assists and supports short term plans - Helps with development and implementation of processes - Facilitates projects of all sizes using basic project management techniques - Manages the staff to ensure consistent customer service and goals are met - Resource allocations for all work tasks - Hiring decisions, bi-annual performance ratings - Assess and recommend promotion opportunities - Coaching and development of staff including documentation of sessions - Resolution of grievances or complaints - Ensures staff complies with company/department policy and procedures - Responsible to ensure root cause and documentation is created for business impacting errors - Encourages employees to improve productivity - Motivates staff - Holds staff to high quality with the execution of work - Resolves conflict between parties, if they arise - Weekly 1:1 sessions with direct reports - Holds weekly staff meetings - Supports on-call rotation with other IS Supervisors and Lead Analysts - Manages absence requests within company guidelines - Monitor and coach using measurements and metrics - Effectively communicates Core Responsibilities - Applies extensive knowledge of billing systems database to ensure Amdocs application software upgrade/support and billing statement requiremen

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
