Employee Services Manager

Our client, a multi-national corporation known worldwide for its athletic shoes and apparel, is seeking an Employee Services Senior Manager for a 5 month assignment, with potential to extend, located in Beaverton, OR.
You would be a part of a fast-paced highly matrixed corporate environment that designs, develops, manufactures and markets sportswear and equipment. The nature of your work will be focused on ensuring the health, safety and efficient work environment or providing personal amenities to employees. .

In this role, you would be responsible for (but not limited to):
Maintain effective, efficient and innovative operations, focusing on results in quality and customer service.
Analyze operations to measure and report on activity levels, volumes, industry practices and use this data to develop strategic operating plans.?
Develop and communicate operational objectives to staffs and provide oversight to ensure the successful execution of responsibilities in all departments to achieve the desired operating results.?
Participate and contribute to long-term planning and operational decisions in association with departmental and divisional goals; ensure that teams execute advanced operational work in support of department and divisional goals.
Develop and prepare departmental annual operating and capital budget
Typically required a Bachelor?s degree and a minimum of 8 years directly relevant work experience in corporate employee services, with minimum of 5 years of management experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
