Digimarc is seeking a Rochester, NY based Sales Project Coordinator to be part of our Sales Team. This position will serve as the internal and external liaison and boots on the ground to drive projects forward for our clients. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where the ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional service to our field-sales team and to our customers. The position requires a client service oriented team player that is a dynamic and hard-working professional. Our ideal candidate is both creative and logistical, uses sound judgement and has the ability to effectively communicate with Digimarc customers as well as all areas of Digimarc internally, including but not limited to, marketing, professional services, engineering, executives, and product management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Act as a project coordinator and liaison between the customer and Digimarc
+ Conduct retail store quality audits of Digmarc barcoded packages
+ Provide feedback to Digimarc corporate HQ on results of store audits
+ Act as the liaison between the sales team, product management, marketing and the customer, communicating sales deadlines and ensuring successful deliverables
+ Assist Digimarc customers in communication of Digimarc print requirements to their suppliers
+ Ability to understand the voice of the customer and to articulate the requirements to our internal teams
+ Possess print industry knowledge including pre-press and final production
+ Retail store operations experience a plus
+ Customer facing experience required
+ Support the sales team in planning and executing both new and existing accounts
+ Anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision
+ Coordinates logistics with our internal teams to meet the deliverables for our customers
+ Maintain accuracy and accountability for projects and updating CRM
+ Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and must be able to work well under pressure
+ Ensure flawless communication within the team(s) as well as to the organization
+ Monitoring and approving schedules and driving to project deadlines
+ Understand the needs of our customers
+ Strong communicate skills required
+ Ability to travel local and multi-state required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
+ Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience desired
+ Design/Print Industry experience/education required
+ 1-3 years of experience in a customer focused support role
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups
+ Outstanding time management and organizational skills
+ Keen attention to detail
+ A high level of proficiency is required in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer or similar Mac applications
+ Proficient with online research and ability to learn new programs and platforms as required
+ Excellent written/verbal communication and proofreading skills
+ Ability to work extended hours and travel when required
+ Project and relationship management experience
+ Skilled in outward facing positions; initial point of contact for new and existing accounts/customers
+ Ability to work across departmental lines
+ Self-directed and ability to work remotely
+ Passionate about understanding customers needs
+ Strong communication, sound judgment and presentation skills essential
+ High energy and positive attitude a must
+ Ability to quickly absorb new technologies a plus
+ Proven history of fostering teamwork and collaboration across multiple functional areas with competing priorities

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
