Call Center National Teller

Job Description

Are you looking for a unique customer service position with flexible hours to work around school or a second job? Our Beaverton/Washington Square Area call center is looking to recruit new agents for inbound customer service positions. No sales or collections required! We are a small call center which caters to a unique clientele who demand a high level of accuracy and speed while processing their requests.


 


REQUIREMENTS


At least 18 Years of age due to licensing restrictions.


High School Diploma/GED.


Minimum six months Customer Service experience.


Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check for felonies and misdemeanors as well as state and federal finger printing background checks.


Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.


 


PREFERRED:


Call center experience preferred


One year customer facing Customer Service experience either telephone or face to face.


 


JOB DUTIES:


Provide outstanding customer service on each phone call.


Quickly enter time sensitive customer information with emphasis on accuracy.


Adapt daily to changes in products offered.


Address concerns from difficult and demanding customers.


Other duties as assigned by management.


 


HOURS:


Part-Time or Full-Time based on business need.


Part-Time employees are scheduled between 20-29 hours dependent on availability and business need.


Schedules published weekly at least 2-week in advance.


Work around school / second job.


 


COMPENSATION:


Starting at $12.50 / hr


Performance based bonus structure.


Annual Reviews / Performance Based raises

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
