Retail Service Delivery Business Systems Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Retail Service Delivery Business Systems Analyst in Beaverton, Oregon (OR).As a Retail Service Desk Business Analyst- Consumer Digital Technology, you will be Globally responsible for supporting the Service Delivery Management team reporting, analyzing, forecasting, and providing recommendations on behalf of the Retail Stores. The successful candidate will:
Act as liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams
Adapt to changing business needs, and respond/react accordingly to support the customers' requirements
Be able to translate business trends and strategies into service delivery solutions and processes as it relates to Retail Service Desk needs
Evaluate solution alternatives to provide analysis regarding business impacts, LOE, etc.
Analyze needs, requirements, and downstream reporting impacts of existing and proposed Retail products/services, applications and service offerings, developing technical, structural and organizational solutions to ensure business continuity
Assess the compatibility and integration of Service Desk impacting products/services proposed as standards to ensure minimal disruptions to the help desk and stores
Manage project budgets and scope, conducting resource planning for risks that are proactively identified
Data analysis, forecasting, & report creation for calls/tickets, NPS, SLAs/OLAs, CSATs, etc.
Process/operating policy performance & adherence analysis, improvement, & report creation
Create/update/manage Service Desk level 1 KB content based on inputs from SD Agents//ROCC/PROD Support
Create/update/manage & deliver polished technical and soft skills training materials for New Hires
Engage with Change, Product, & Support teams to update all SD processes & documentation as the technology environment changes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
5 years' experience performing business / service desk analytics and reporting
Experience managing the design and development of functional specifications and process/workflow documentation
Experience partnering with Service Delivery Managers on/offshore
Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, and present data
Proven presentation and facilitation skills
Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment
Ability to develop or improve strategic processes, as well as consult, transfer knowledge and act as a resource for the resolution of unique opportunities
Excellent situational awareness and ability to track and monitor operational performance progress and digressions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
