As a Senior Business Systems Analyst within the company's Direct to Consumer Athlete Tools group, the ideal candidate will be joining a team that brings together technology and process expertise into one streamlined, consumer- and customer-oriented team. The client delivers one-stop, integrated process and technology solutions that enables the company businesses and brands worldwide. Their focus is on providing POS solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth. The candidate will play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of POS solutions that enables their business partners to achieve their objectives.The Point of Sale product team is currently responsible for store systems in a growing footprint that currently includes multiple countries across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. This person will work with both local and globally distributed resources to identify and document regional, statutory, and country specific requirements. The individual will be instrumental in creating global business processes and driving requirements definition, solution options analysis, and subsequent stakeholder discussions.Duties: Collaborate with Application Engineers and their business partners to develop high-level designs, including logical models and functional specifications Participate in the implementation of both in-store and supporting corporate systems for our Retail stores around the globe Facilitate and drive meetings with global participation and work with team members to ensure that the developed solution meets our business partner's requirements and expectations Will have the opportunity to lead small and mid-sized projects Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or other relevant subject area 5 years of experience in a business systems analyst or similar role 2 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree Candidates with prior experience in global retail store environments receive preference Knowledge of Aptos or Oracle POS solution preferred Extensive experience and knowledge implementing systems using project lifecycle processes, including design, testing, implementation and support Success in designing and leading requirements discovery sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process modeling, personas, and workflow analysis with local and non-local team members Anticipates customer needs; assesses requirements and identifies new solutions Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with management, technical peers, and business stakeholders Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication of complex topics to a diverse audience and positive customer service skills Demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships and influence collaboratively across IT and the Retail Business Ability to engineer or re-engineer processes with a mindset of eliminating waste Provide training on new systems Ability to operate in a transforming, fast-paced, complex, high visibility Retail store support environment with multiple, competing priorities Strong information seeking skills and a drive to deliver results Leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others and lead initiatives and project teams is desirable Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
