As the title suggests, the Sales Lead literally is the leader of one of the store's departments. The Sales Lead will perform all the necessary duties to accurately, efficiently, and professionally manage his/her assigned area of responsibility. The Sales Lead
personally demonstrates and clearly communicates performance and customer service standards and expectations to all associates and evaluates the execution of that performance. The Sales Lead acts as a leader in the store and is a critical member of the store
The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, can work under pressure, and most importantly has a positive can-do attitude.
â ¢ Fulfill key carrier duties
â ¢ Maintain appropriate presentation of product to company guidelines
â ¢ Demonstrate and teach Legendary Customer Service
â ¢ Handle customer questions or problems as they arise with urgency and professionalism.
â ¢ Maintain store security, safety and presentation
â ¢ Supervise associates and manage store talent
â ¢ Assist with associate selection, supervision, reviews, corrective action, and counseling
â ¢ Supervise and train associates in your department and create daily work assignments
â ¢ Communicate and ensure compliance with all company-driven programs, initiatives, and directives.
â ¢ Other duties and leadership responsibilities as assigned
â ¢ High school graduate or GED
â ¢ Must be 18 years of age or older
â ¢ Great customer service skills and a positive demeanor
â ¢ Previous retail experience as a Sales Lead and leading/managing others
â ¢ Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
â ¢ Ability to work in stressful situations with the public, co-workers and management
â ¢ Change Management skills
â ¢ Strong organizational and team skills
â ¢ Ability to supervise and oversee a team
â ¢ Demonstrate that they can quickly build trusting relationships
â ¢ Ability to coach and develop talent
â ¢ Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, listening
â ¢ Must demonstrate initiative and have a positive "can-do" attitude
â ¢ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
