Manager, Product Development

Sage is looking for a highly motivated Product Development Manager to join our team. As a Product Development Manager at Sage, you will work as part of the CRE Product Development Leadership Team to help define and execute priorities for multiple teams, and help grow our business. You will proactively network and influence across boundaries to drive business outcomes. We are seeking strong team players who thrive on innovation and who are passionate about improving individual and organizational capabilities to deliver for our customers.
People management: interpersonal leadership, coaching, feedback, career development, performance assessments, objective setting, business goal alignment, hiring and disciplinary action, as required.

Bachelor in Computer Science or related field required (Master degree preferred)
8+ years of relevant work experience and 1+ year of proven leadership responsibility.
Construction management software domain experience preferred.
Professional presence and demeanor in both communication and presentation skills. Able to interact comfortably, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to influence within and beyond direct reporting relationships.
Ability to build and sustain trust through relationships with others.
Demonstrate excellent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Ability to drive change and build organizational capability.
Ability to make and meet team commitments.
Ability to travel as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
