Location: Beaverton, OR
Provides technical support for customers of IxVeriWave WiFi line of products, including post-sales telephone and email support, assisting customers with operation and configuration of IxVeriWave hardware and software.
Essential Functions:
Assists customers with reported product failure, taking actions to resolve issues
Investigates, analyzes and tests customer problems in a lab environment with IxVeriWave hardware and software.
Assists customers with hardware and software upgrades, product installation and software licensing.
Works directly with customers to resolve hardware, software, licensing issues.
Stays current on networking technologies and new Ixia product offerings.
BS in Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years practical experience.
Expertise in WLAN technologies - 802.11, 802.11n, 802.11ac.
Solid understanding of networking protocols, including: 802.3/Ethernet, UDP, TCP, ARP, DHCP, IGMP, 802.1X, IPTV, QoS.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work within the framework of a global team.
Self-sufficient\self-starter who can work with little or no direction.
Network Certifications desirable.
Unix\Linux experience.
Knowledge of TCL and/or Python programming languages.
Experience using Network test tools and Protocol Analyzers.
Solid knowledge and understanding of data networking technology, products, and designs.
Will consider Senior-level for qualified candidates.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
