Sr Consumer Digital Tech Business Ops Professional

Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Consumer Digital Technology Business Operations Professional in Beaverton, Oregon (OR).Overview: In this role you will be responsible for cross team communication, balancing schedules and driving delivering project deliverables. Candidate will need to optimize your talents for planning, organizing, budget tracking and team alignment to ensure success for the team. To be successful, you will partner with finance teams, projects and programs, HR and other business operations leads across the enterprise. Candidate will be responsible for delivering weekly status reports, portfolio updates and ensuring budget alignment between CDT and the Geo partners. Core Responsibilities Include:
Manage communication across multiple teams and ensure that project conflicts are escalated and resolved early
Rigorous scheduling at the task level, with overall accountability at the program level
Track budgets - including estimates versus actual spend, understand and report on deltas, and highlight areas for improvement
Work with a variety of teams including Release Management, Developers, Store Operations, Business Operations, Technical teams and communicate project status, risks and dependencies while managing the project execution and defining risk mitigation plans
Proactive approach and communicate status to stakeholders effectively, with an emphasis on maintaining alignment with core project sponsors
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field
5 years professional experience with cross team management experience
Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior management
Experience implementing Retail workflow and technical solutions is a strong plus
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Experience delivering large infrastructure programs
Understanding of release management and change management processes
Experience working with many cross functional teams
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Program Management experience developing and managing WBS, schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks and change requests
PMP certification or training is a plus
Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Successfully manage project dependencies and constraints
Build strong partnerships across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
