As our Compliance Manager in the Legal Compliance Group at NIKE World Headquarters, you will work closely with and support NIKE's WHQ Compliance Director in the administration and operations of NIKE's global compliance program. You will work on high profile and important compliance operations and projects that will have frequent interaction with members of NIKE's legal department, HR, finance and controlling team, internal business functions, and vendors around the world. Your main focus within the compliance function will be centered on NIKE's anti-corruption and anti-bribery program.
Your core responsibilities will include the supervision of NIKE's vendor management team responsible for global due diligence screening, monitoring, and training of NIKE's high risk vendors. An additional core responsibility will include the management and administration of the Legal Compliance Group's technology structure, projects, process implementations, data analytics, reports, and dashboards which enable efficient operations and controls for the global compliance program.
Manage compliance specialists responsible for global vendor due diligence screening, monitoring, and training.
Develop and implement technical solutions that enable efficient processes, functions and operations for the Legal Compliance Group.
Develop and maintain databases and feeds in order to conduct data analytics, reports, and dashboards for compliance program.
Review and periodically update vendor compliance online training courses.
Assist in the creation, improvement and implementation of policies, procedures, controls, and systems for the compliance program.
Know and champion NIKE's code of ethics and compliance policies.
Perform other operations and management tasks and responsibilities as directed by the WHQ Compliance Director.
Minimum of 10 years working experience with 4-6 years demonstrated experience as a compliance manager within a corporate compliance department, audit, or accounting firm with supervisory responsibility of others, or equivalent experience with a government regulatory agency.
Working knowledge of compliance programs, solutions, processes, controls and procedures.
Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft preferred.
Experience configuring and using web based solutions, SaaS, and other technology tools that enable and enhance compliance processes and controls, including data management and reporting, communication, training, and due diligence is preferred.
Advance data report, pivot table, and database skills, preferably with Excel and Access.
Familiarity with compliance solutions such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Aravo, Concur, Lexis-Nexis and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Work in a large multinational corporate compliance program is a plus.
Understanding of FCPA and UK Bribery Act is a plus.
BA/BS degree.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage a team and keep them focused and results oriented.
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects, and strong attention to detail.
Experience with case/project management and business processes/systems.

Instructional Coaches will facilitate change in instructional practices of teachers that will enable teachers to diagnose student needs more analytically; plan more productively; and teach more effectively. The Instructional Coach supports student achievement by providing direct support to administrators, department chairs and teachers of schools in their region. They provide pre-service and ongoing training to staff. They are in schools 100% of the time during the school calendar year. An Instructional Coach works closely with the department chair, regional and central instructional support staff and assist in monitoring the implementation of core programs in classrooms. They develop materials and establish protocols that support their work.

Working with principals, department chairs and teachers for schools in their regions, an Instructional Coach supports student achievement by:
The instructional coach provides leadership for teachers by planning, collaborating, organizing, mentoring and facilitating change to improve the instructional program
Provide support and assistance to all classroom teachers in the full and skillful implementation of the key competencies
Monitor and review all lessons plans to ensure that all necessary skills and content are strategically taught and students progress through the curriculum with an emphasis on mastery of relevant standards
Conduct demonstration lessons to insure that all teachers have been trained to an advanced level of delivery and are using the instructional materials as designed.
Assist teachers in building an interactive classroom environment focused on the content and learning strategies embedded in the curricular programs.
Schedule, organize and facilitate collaborative instructional team meetings to assist in the analysis and utilization of assessment data (formative, summative) to improve student achievement and establish goals for improved instruction
Establish and model guidelines with the department chair to effectively facilitate team meetings following a prepared agenda, identified action steps and outcomes to ensure the use of core learning skills in addition to ensuring appropriate student progress through the subject curriculum.
Conduct classroom observations and provides next-step" support for all teachers.
Monitor preparation and pacing of instruction to ensure mastery of relevant standards.
Serve as a resource in identifying appropriate instructional strategies and interventions to improve student achievement for all students including English learners, students enrolled in Special Education Programs, and students with diverse learning needs.
Explore and assist in the implementation of effective intervention resources and strategies.
Develop and monitor a school site support plan in coordination with the Team Leader
Work with the regional team members in planning for all schools' success.
Conduct site support visits in conjunction with members of the team, observing instruction in order to assess program implementation and future professional development needs.
Assist schools with the consistent use a structured planning framework to deliver lessons that reflect explicit planning to address students' differing levels, skills and learning styles, while incorporating technology, materials, and activities to create a highly-engaging experience for students.
Assist department chairs and teachers with using a structured framework to deliberately plan for engaging lessons that accommodate the differing levels of all students
Assist teachers ensure that all tasks and activities assigned to students are interesting, relevant, at the appropriate challenge level, engaging, and aligned to each student's learning needs.
.Assisting the administration and department chairs with the cycle of lesson observations and constructive one-on-one feedback to teachers resulting in action planning targeting teacher development and improved student achievement.
Assist schools with their understanding of student achievement goals consistent with District expectations and available baseline and historical testing data
Analyze all assessment data with the regional team in order to create individual student and/or teacher intervention plans.
Assist schools with planning and preparing for appropriate, effective and timely administration of standardized tests
Assist schools with identifying, planning and undertaking appropriate" next steps teaching" for groups of students as indicated by the assessment process
Embed norm-referenced and criterion-referenced test expectations and formats into regular daily instruction and assessment
Must have a Master's Degree in specialty area (Reading/Language Arts, Math, Special Education or ELL) or ten+ years experience teaching the subject area in K- 12
Must possess excellent knowledge of Curriculum programs in area of specialism and of pedagogical approaches that have impact on student achievement and engagement.
Must have at least two years experience as a Curriculum Coach (or similar position) required
Must possess excellent research, written, and oral communication skills
Must be self-motivated and directed
Must have advanced proficiencies with Microsoft Office suite of software including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
