Nike Supply Chain experts ensure that every year 900 million pieces of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right destination on time. That's no easy task. As our Global Supply Chain Operations Training Manager, you will lead the design, development and implementation of sustainable functional programs, policies and procedures in support of the Training Development strategies within Nike's Supply Chain organization. This person will responsible for evaluating and maintaining functional competency models that facilitate the assessment of employees against these competencies. Additionally, based on competency evaluation, this person will provide direction and expertise for development plans for key roles; assessing and integrating existing Supply Chain programs and Nike Global training solutions to achieve business goals.
The Global Supply Chain Operations Training Manager will also be responsible for identifying and/or developing company-wide or individual learning initiatives that cost-effectively focus employee development toward achievement of both business and personal career goals. They will provide consulting support and training expertise to prioritized strategic programs to ensure alignment to Nike Supply Chain functional development strategies, best practices and oversee administration of information systems for managing Functional Development data. Lastly, this person will prepare budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources and set and measure Key Performance Indicators for Functional Development.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. In lieu of a degree an additional 2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
Results orientation ? Ability to positively motivate & drive a Team to achieve desired results
Corporate matrix experience preferred
Deep expertise and passion for the training domain, able to think "outside of the box", paying special emphasis on innovative solutions for blended learning
Successful track record in managing complex training activities in high level programs at Nike and/or outside
Supply Chain Operations functional experience at a Global and/or Geographical level preferred
Proven track record working across all levels within a business, including senior leadership
Experience in leadership roles from projects, business initiatives, or within a team
Exceptional communication skills, including the abilities to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict
Communicative
Presentation/Facilitation skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
