Child Development Program Supervisor Nike

As a Nike Child Development Program Supervisor, you will support the NCDP mission to collaborate with families to nurture, educate, and inspire young children ages birth to five. You'll provide visible, accessible leadership to classroom staff so children and families experience the highest quality early childhood education and care. You will ensure that teachers have the materials they need, understand and adhere to program policies and procedures and meet NAEYC standards. You'll supervise, mentor, and coach 20+ teachers in five or more classrooms and support them with implementing the program philosophy, planning curriculum, scheduling, and teamwork. You will be required to prioritize and problem solve on a daily basis. You'll work with the program leadership team to assess the program's strengths and opportunities for improvement and to develop and carry out the strategic plan and annual work plans. In addition you will design and deliver training according to the Oregon Center for Career Development guidelines, and collaborate with the NCDP leadership team to define problems, find solutions and refine systems. Qualifications Requirements for the position include: + Bachelor's degree, or higher degree, in Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field + Minimum of two years' teaching experience in an ECE environment with children aged birth to three years + Minimum of two years supervisory experience - reflective supervision experience preferred + Experience with staff recruitment, interviewing and onboarding new employees is preferred + Excellent knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice + Experience with Resources for Infant Educators (RIE) and Reggio philosophies and practices + Working knowledge of Teaching Strategies Gold and the ability to write anecdotal observations + Familiarity with National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Accreditation + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Dedication to continuous professional development and professional ethics + Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint + Must have the ability to move quickly in a classroom environment, bend & lift up to 50 lbs + Is a team player, able to listen, share and collaborate for the greater good of all + Familiarity with Oregon's Quality Rating Standards (QRIS) + Ability to successfully complete a criminal history background check + You must upload your post-secondary educational transcript(s) with this application + Completion of the Introduction to Child Care Health and Safety free online training course, which is required by the State of Oregon Job ID: 00300244 Location: USA-Oregon-Beaverton Job Category: Child Development

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
