Collaboration Applications Administrator

Description: Providence is calling a Collaborator Application Administrator to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA or Portland or Beaverton, OR. The Collaboration Application Administrator plays a critical role in delivering high quality support and implementation of applications facilitating communication among geographically dispersed coworkers and others. Applications include Microsoft Office SharePoint server based intranet and Internet, Microsoft Exchange email, Lync 2010/2013/0365, familiarity with Android Mobile, IOS devices and Polycom or AV/Tech for web and audio conferencing. In this position you will: + Plan and implement the installation, configuration, integration, testing and management of application and technical infrastructure. + Provide intermediate technical support integrating server, database and network components, among others, with the application system to identify and resolve problems affecting reliability, availability and supportability. + Consult and collaborate with business and IT staff and management and IT application and technology vendors. + Monitor, analyze, recommend and implement service improvements. + Design, develop, train for, and implement tools and processes to enhance the manageability, usability, and performance of the collaboration applications. + Assist in the design, development, implementation and management of an application security program to ensure application access is appropriate, monitored, and supports business operations. Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience + 5 or more years Information Technology experience working in enterprise environments + 2 or more years experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint server based intranet and Internet, Microsoft Exchange email, Lync 2010/2013/0365, familiarity with Android Mobile, IOS devices and Polycom or AV/Tech for web and audio conferencing Preferred qualifications for this position include: + Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification + Powershell knowledge + Desktop email client support experience + Multi-site support, 24x7 on-call support + Experience with Exchange aware backup products and storage systems About the department you will serve. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
