The purpose of this position is to provide consistent quality exceptional service to members and guests. The Concierge Associate will provide consistent quality service and accurate information regarding all areas of club operations and monitor Member Services desk policies and procedures. The Concierge Associate embodies the WE SERVE culture and is empowered to build strong relationships and create exceptional experiences for members and guests.
Monitor Member Services desk policies and procedures meeting VillaSport standards within a Greeter/Concierge presentation.
The Concierge Associate will be helpful, friendly, courteous, clean in appearance and professional while executing procedures accurately.
Answering incoming phone calls, answer questions, and route messages appropriately.
Provide accurate information to members regarding all areas of club operation and club promotions with a helpful, friendly and courteous manner.
Achieve program registration goals through active promotions via face-to-face, phone and e-mail member contacts.
Provide recommendations to members and guests.
Engage in conflict resolution and problem solving with members and associates.
Greet members by name with a positive, quality customer service attitude.
Assist with appointment scheduling and program registrations including lessons, leagues, events, camps, Fit Plan, spa appointments, etc.
Actively engage with members and guests; assist with guest registration, guest introductions and member walk-in questions.
Provide accurate information regarding all areas of club operations with a helpful, friendly and courteous manner.
Utilize all opportunities to become familiar with club operations and all club programming.
Keep current on activities and procedures by reading and signing daily memo log at the beginning of shift.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Member Services desk and assist in coordination of efforts between the front desk and other departments.
Maintain a clean, neat and organized desk by wiping counters, keeping area clutter free and organizing drawers and cabinets.
Maintain a neat and organized lobby by arranging furniture and picking up lobby items.
Assist with responsibilities as assigned by Member Services Director including rental lockers, comment cards, lost and found, etc.
Job Specific
Member Services staff consistently exhibit exceptional member service and ability to utilize current procedures.
Excellent phone skills; ability to handle intermittent heavy phone calls.
Efficient, well-organized, able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
Strong background in problem solving, selling and quality service skills.
Previous customer service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a friendly, professional manner under pressure.
Ability to work in a multi-faceted organization.

Ability to take initiative in numerous member responsibilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent skills gained through experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
