IT BUS OPS - PROF SR - Hillsboro

Kforce has a client seeking a IT BUS OPS - PROF SR in Hillsboro, Oregon (OR). The nature of the work is focused on the company's computer and telephony technology tools used to create, store, exchange, and use all forms of information.Essential Functions: Assist in the strategic and business planning process from a financial perspective for organization: target setting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial planning Look for opportunities to combine, divest, or enhance internal processes Communicate capacity plan strategy and create plan for resource acquisition throughout the year Maintain plans for resource impacts to maximize the effectiveness of plans (e.g. vendor supplied resources, city planning) Reconcile resource plan to time records and make recommendations to meet customer commitments and meet financial objectives Communicate Scorecard targets, periodically re-evaluate & run reports bases on actuals vs. goals Coordinate with other IT teams regarding metrics reporting processes Utilize influencing skills to coach MT/LT in the development of action plans to address improvements necessary to meet targets Ensure accurate and timely status reports, time reporting, and scorecards Ensure SOX and compliance processes are followed throughout the organization Ensure organization is aligned with GIT/GOT SOX processes and compliance initiatives Will leverage your analytic skills by working with finance, project, and delivery teams to map monthly budget spend to CIS commitments to find opportunities to improve and mature CIS Will be facilitating critical corporate planning and reporting processes Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law 3 years; Masters 4 years; Associates degree 6 years; High School or GED/equivalent 7 years Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years' relevant Business experience desired in a Business Operations or Administration function 5 years of experience within a business environment in an operations or administration role supporting company leadership Experience in budgeting, finance, and business processes Strong desire to operate as a self-starter and be comfortable working in an ambiguous, yet fast-paced, environment Proven ability to provide leadership to managers, supervisors, and professional staff Strong process management and problem resolution skills, with an exceptional eye for detail Deep experience guiding functional discussions and initiatives across departments Able to accomplish results by establishing strong partnerships and relationships Solid experience applying business and management expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives Facilitate decision making guided by business plans that impact the support and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies Process and people skills will be critical for maintaining an accurate prioritized list of projects and roles to be funded based on budget conditions, tactical demands, and strategic initiatives Preferred: Management experience a plus Process expertise Works well in high matrixed and collaborative environments Strong business development skills and approaches Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
