Senior Financial Analyst Workplace Design & Connectivity Nike

As a Senior Financial Analyst in our Global Portfolio team, you'll play a key role in the finance team by doing the following: + Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Geographical Business Leaders, Corporate Controlling and Global Business Planning (GBP), by providing insightful financial analysis that leads to the optimization of the financial and operational performance of the NIKE, Inc. portfolio. + Facilitating the multi-step Appropriations Request (AR) process from initiation to completion. Reviewing and preparing timely and accurate AR's, financial models, and PowerPoint presentations. + Working with business and finance leaders to review the financial performance of our Global portfolio by creating and leveragingrobust reporting tools that incorporate key operational and finance metrics. + Serving as a consultant to business leaders and other team members by providing input to identify risks and opportunities as well as track progress toward financial objectives. + Utilizing NIKE's various financial systems and tools to create insightful, timely and accurate financial reports that facilitate informed business decisions by the leadership team. + Coordinating the monthly and quarterly financial reporting of projects to determine forecast accuracy and to provide insightful variance commentary. Review the financial impact of proposed and approved Global Corporate Real Estate and Service projects to ensure they are compliant with capitalization standards.Check in with finance teams responsible for the project funding that activities are properly captured in assets under construction (AUC) and depreciation is being accurately reported when assets are placed in service. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a closely related field. CPA, CMA certification or MBA in Finance, Economics or related field preferred with knowledge of real estate accounting. + 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting. + SAP and SAP BW, Microsoft SharePoint, Cranium, Cognos - TM1, proficiency highly desired. + Advanced level skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. + Able to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and create complex financial models. + Experience leading projectsthat require strong collaboration across multi-functional business teams. + Fortune 500/multinational consumer Product Company or national public accounting firm work experience is a plus. + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior leadership. + Demonstrated philosophy of continuous improvement. + Standout "can do" attitude and enthusiasm to drive NIKE forward. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
