Global Lease Administration Manager Role in a Global Retail Construction Department (10+ month temporary position) on-site at Beaverton Footwear & Apparel Company.

As the Global Lease Administration Manager you'll be responsible for providing guidance and technical expertise to the Geography?s lease administration team and supports and drive the creating and implementation of global lease administration best practices and processes.? More specifically the Manager oversees the day-to-day management of the global lease administration software system and 3rd party lease administration service providers; manages formal internal quality control data review process across all geographies; drives the resolution of significant abstraction issues portfolio wide; develops and trains global power users in navigating through and reporting out of the software system.? You'll act as a liaison between Global Real Estate and the geography lease administration, legal department, business, finance, store construction, facilities, risk management and respective landlords/developers. This position will also lead the development of reports and to provide fleet insight, add clarity and drive alignment around fleet optimization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Read, understand and accurately interpret complex commercial real estate leases and related documents
Manage, track and resolve support tickets and software issues with vendor
Lead monthly meetings with 3rd party lease admin vendors
Maintain and update playbook
Collaborate with 3rd party vendor on process and system enhancements.
The creation, development and administration of critical tracking reports (such as renewals, expirations, exclusivity, early termination rights, tenant improvement money and co-tenancy obligations)
Critically analyzing, challenging and correcting rent payments, percentage rent, operating expenses, sales reports, general landlord/tenant invoices and lease language that has a financial or legal impact
Oversee and drive annual cost savings and/or recovery through diligent and comprehensive audits of existing centers and reviews of the fleet

Qualifications
?
Requirements for the position include:
Bachelor's degree, 2 additional years' experience in lieu of degree level
3-5 years' experience as a lease administrator with solid experience in abstraction, desk-top auditing and critical date reporting?
Proficiencies with lease management software (such as SLIM, Siterra, Virtual Premise and Tririga), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experiences working as a part of a team in a complex, matrix organization
Proven ability to direct a team, a high-volume work load and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Significant attention to details
Express interest in the lease administration and portfolio optimization

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
