Project/Operations Analyst

Our client, a large Fortune 500 multinational technology company, is currently seeking a Project/Operations Analyst for a 4 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension.? The position is located in Hillsboro, OR.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $28.50 on a W2 basis.

As a Project/Operations analyst you will help synthesize data from the far corners of the company to enable the broader channel organization to make strategic decisions.
You will play a vital role in helping our sales and marketing partners understand their customers and if their investments are paying off.
In addition, you will create compelling frameworks, data engines, and communications to move the sales organization forward.
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the processes and tools used to collect OEM branded system sales from our National solution providers, National System Integrators and Distributor customers.
Perform project management duties, including scope, time, and quality including data quality management.
Perform testing as a quality check to ensure business and data quality requirements have been addressed in the solution.
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing by creating test scripts; coordinate testing efforts with end users.
Proactive and concise communication with the Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
Manage the flow of work and priorities for the outsourced development and support teams.
Act as a delegate and provide data entry support for the SEG DBI Team Sponsors in the quarterly Purchase order process.
You are required to have a Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 2+ years of Program/Project management with 4+ years of work experience. You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated skills in the following areas: A positive attitude and ability to complete projects on time with minimum amount of direct oversight. You must have excellent problem solving skills and a proven ability to assess business needs and prioritize appropriately. You have strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and influencing skills, and proficiency in applying analytical skills and exerting a logical approach to problem solving. Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to change are keys to success in this role.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
