This activity involved the following tasks: submit the online MarketSource application for each candidate, create a profile for them in RecruitMax, run background checks in Kroll and FedExed drug test requisitions to each candidate. Responsible for daily reviews of the I-9 forms of each candidate and explain to those who made errors how to properly complete it. Monthly processed more than 400 candidate applications and responded to over 40 daily e-mail messages, requesting information regarding the MarketSource hiring process. Scheduled daily FedEx pickups and placed orders for various forms. Emailed updated status spreadsheets to three managers at the end of each shift. Created spreadsheets for various projects and e-mailed approximately 300 candidates an offer of employment. Interviewed them by telephone and entered their data into spreadsheet for the Annual Quarterly Sell Day Program, a very important event which involved hiring representatives to perform demos at Best Buy and Circuit City stores for employees and customers. Updated all contact information for all Radio Shack Stores in the USA.
