Responsibilities are to recruit top candidates to fill positions at the company. I have hired Engineers, Developers, Salesmen, CIO, administrative workers, etc.  Doing full cycle recruiting ( on boarding process, ordering background checks, drug tests, and reference checks). Working in a very fast paced environment, I am able to meet, and often exceed my metrics at the company.  The ATS used is Job Score.


 


6/15 – 9/15  Insight Global. Portland, OR. (contracting with HP for Bank of America) Hardware Technician


 


Responsible for Hardware refresh for Bank of America. Installation of HP ProLiant DL380 G7 servers, APC battery (UPS) backup, printers and workstations in B of A’s branches throughout the Portland metro area. Installing HP servers and UPS battery backup into racks, and removal of old equipment. Getting HP server and UPS to talk to the network (Cisco routers), and installation of software on the HP servers. Setting up new printers and getting printers talking to the network, and set up of teller workstations throughout the bank branch.

Technical recruiter for (clients) Intel, Kaiser Permanente,  States of Oregon, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, Delaware, Johnson & Johnson, GE Healthcare ,Shire Pharmaceuticals, Pepsi, Northrop Grumman, PG&E and Coca-Cola.  Working in a very fast paced environment (metrics driven, handling between 25 to 40 requisitions at a time); I am responsible for two placements a day, 10 placements a week, and 2 actual hires a month. Making numerous calls a day, I am able to contact many qualified candidates about possible job opportunities.  Using various search engines (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Linkeden, etc.) I am able to search quality candidates.  Applicant Tracking System I am currently using is Job Diva, Submittal portals are Field Glass and Covendis.

Technical Recruiting in the high tech industry, using social media web sites to recruit qualified candidates for our fortune 500 clients (Intel, PG&E, Kaiser Permanete. Very fast pace environment, I am responsible for two placements a day (metrics driven handling between 20 to 30 requisitions at a time), 10 placements a week, and 2 actual hires a month  Making numerous cold calls a day, posting ads on web sites, I speak with dozens of candidates, obtaining resumes, inputting information into our database, and submitting that information along with the formatted resume to the client.  My success rate is very high, as I am a detailed, oriented person.   My clients are looking for very high tech people (DBA’s, programmers, developers, etc.) in which I pre screen before I submit to the client. Writing daily reports for managers on daily progress.  Full cycle recruiting ,Smart Search applicant tracking system used.


 


04/07- 02/13  QuikTrak Inc. Beaverton, OR.  Human Resources Generalist /Recruiter


 


Analyze inspector coverage gaps and high inspector cost areas in the United States and Canada. Evaluate fit of potential inspector; coach and develop new inspectors with whom Quiktrak will contact work in the field. As a Human Resources generalist, I develops leads, checks faxes, responds to web inquiries, places ads, assess area needs, works on development list, target/recruits RQ users, processes paperwork, maintains files, selects applicants, provides pre/post introductions, provides secondary PDA/web tech assistance and coaching, augments QT audit/inspection needs in the field. Full cycle recruiting. In my full cycle recruiting, I have had several fortune 500 companies that I had to recruit for.  My ability to keep a constant flow of inspectors on several projects was a challenge that I enjoyed doing.  Going to job fairs, posting on the internet, and recruiting from the internet were some of my resources that I used. Other duties included training new inspectors for all job knowledge, grading test, and going over materials that were necessary to do the job.  Doing full cycle recruiting in human resources, I handled the initial recruiting process of getting the application, doing virtual meetings to give overview of the company, and what is expected, sending out paperwork (I9’s, security agreements, background checks, drug screens, inputting information into the company’s data base, company’s policies and procedures, payroll information) , handling all human resources duties.  Once all the information was received back, and everything was positive; I would notify all departments that the hired employee was available. I had to communicate with several departments to make sure our clients were satisfied with the recruiting process.


 


1/06-03/07 Stream international. Beaverton, OR.  (contractor) Technical Support.


Received certified training for Microsoft Vista. Telephone technical support for the launch of the Vista operating system.  Talking to clients that may have problems with the operating systems and resolving all issues they may have. Average in bound calls were 100 to 150 calls, and 25 to 50 out bound calls a day.  Also, worked on HP computers Technical Support; helping customers with all software and hardware issues on their PC.


 


12/04-12/05. Bank of America.  Hillsboro, OR. Mortgage Assistant.


Mortgage Loan Center.  .


 


Responsible for maintaining inbound and outbound calls for clients that want to obtain a home loan with Bank of America.  Talking to borrowers who have been approved for a mortgage loan over the phone to let them know that I am their primary point of contact.  Responsible for going over all materials that has been sent to them, explaining to them how the loan process is going to work.  My main responsibility is to get purchase agreements from the borrower, make sure they are fully executed and forwarded them to processing. I work with the borrower extensively, answering all questions they might have. Average in bound calls were 200 calls, and 100 out bound calls a day


 


 


07/04- 12/04.  General Motors/Sitel.  Hillsboro, OR.  Customer Relations Manager.


 


Inbound and outbound call center.  Responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction.  Rectify all situations by notifying proper channels and scheduling a call back for both the dealer and the customer.  Scheduling callbacks for customers with various concerns with their vehicle, and scheduling callbacks with dealerships to make sure customers concerns are resolved.

In-bound call center. Catalog sales on clothing from established clients and up-sales on sale items.  Also, would receive calls from customers on wrong or misplaced orders; would make necessary corrections on orders for customers.  Daily averages would be 75 to 100 calls a day.

Responsible for setting up sun solaris 2x on ultra and sparc workstations. Troubleshooting end-users problems and answering questions, they might have on solaris workstations and software.  Setting up testing labs for all sun servers.  Attending meetings on latest sun products, and installing sun patches.  Keeping in touch with sun technicians on various installations procedures (license servers).
